Capello Corn Heads

Harvest conditions change quickly, which is why Capello designs corn heads focused on durability, efficiency, and consistent performance in the field. The QUASAR and DIAMANT corn heads are engineered to provide consistent crop flow, effective residue management, and low-maintenance operation across varying crop conditions. Advanced features including synchronized hydraulic deck plates, independently driven row systems, and quick-access service points help maximize time in the field while simplifying operation. Backed by decades of harvesting innovation, Capello continues to deliver corn heads designed to help growers manage residue, maintain productivity, and move efficiently through harvest.

Applequist Mfg. Falcon Stripper Headers

Made in Rural America by Applequist Manufacturing, Inc. the Falcon stripper header is designed to harvest wheat, rice and other small grains faster. The Falcon header uses rows of stainless-steel cupped fingers that rotate at a high speed, stripping the head of the crop from the plant stem.  This method of extracting the grain from the stem greatly reduces the amount of material that is fed into the combine increasing the operating capacity. With a lower amount of residue to process, your machine can run faster, saving you time and labor in the field, minimize combine wear and reduce fuel usage.

Advantages of the tall standing straw left behind include: improved moisture retention by catching blowing snow, shading of the soil that reduces moisture evaporation and a reduction in the loss of topsoil to wind erosion, which all together create a better planting environment.
