The scope, depth and quality of precision services offered by Central Valley Ag has paid off with minimal customer turnover and is the biggest indicator of customer satisfaction, according to Keith Byerly, Advanced Cropping Systems manager. “Our precision department has a 90%-plus customer retention rate over the last 20 years,” he says. “We approach everything from an agronomy-first standpoint and the goal is to come up with solutions that not only pay for themselves, but pay for us to talk about the next thing. Our goal is not to spend all our time on cold-calls finding new customers — it’s deepening the business relationships with the ones we already have.”
