Norac Systems International announced that Agrosystem will distribute Norac’s automatic boom height control technology in Brazil.

Norac has been supplying boom height control to select sprayer manufacturers in Brazil in recent years and demand for this type of product has increased considerably over that time.

Agrosystem will distribute Norac’s stand-alone UC4.5 and ISOBUS UC5 Spray Height Control Systems and will be Norac’s South American Service Center. Agrosystem is an experienced precision agriculture distributor and service provider with locations throughout Brazil.

Carlos Henrique Jacintho Andrade, Agrosystem president, said, “We are excited about the opportunity to work with Norac and distribute their products in Brazil. Norac’s spray height control products complement our existing precision farming and spraying product offerings.”

Norac is the largest supplier of boom height control worldwide and offers the most advanced performance on the market. The systems use rugged, reliable ultrasonic sensors that are mounted to the boom to automatically keep each wing and the center section at the correct height above the ground or top of the crop in a variety of field conditions.

“Norac has been supplying boom height control to select sprayer manufacturers in Brazil in recent years and demand for this type of product has increased considerably over that time,” said Danea Armstrong, vice president - sales, marketing & service for Norac. “Agrosystem’s solid reputation and extensive dealer network is essential to offering the support that customers have come to expect from Norac.”
