AGCO announced an agreement to acquire Appareo Systems, LLC, a company providing software engineering, hardware development and electronic manufacturing. The acquisition is expected to close in January 2022.

AGCO and Appareo Systems announced today that they have agreed to enter a joint venture, building on the existing IAS (Intelligent Agricultural Solutions) business structure. This collaboration will focus on the need for more advanced electronic technology centered around data collection, wireless communication, advanced sensors and intelligent machine control.
