SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Raven Industries Inc. (Nasdaq:RAVN) announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable April 24, 2015, to shareholders of record on April 10, 2015.
