FRANCE — Lehmann Aviation has announced launch of its most efficient and affordable aerial system for precision agriculture: LA300 drone coming with the MicaSense RedEdge multispectral camera. The launch offer is priced at $7,990 for a limited time (regularly priced at $8,990).

The LA300AG drone is compatible with the latest version of Lehmann OperationCenter software for flight preparation and mission control, natively designed for Windows8.1 Tablets and PC. OperationCenter has been proven to be very powerful and probably the most user-friendly drone control software.

To get multispectral images of the crops, the user just has to set waypoints on the touchscreen map of the area, and OperationCenter will automatically calculate all mission parameters. After the trajectory is sent to the LA300AG via Wi-Fi, the drone is launched by hand, automatically accomplishes the flight and lands fully autonomously at the chosen site with geotagged multispectral images on the SD card.

The LA300AG flies for up to 45 minutes at a range of up to 15.5 miles. It is also done to be flown in harsh environments, in temperatures between -13 °F up to 140 °F, with winds of up to 20kt. Together with the RedEdge camera the LA300AG weights 2lb, with a wingspan of 92cm and the length of 45cm.

All Lehmann Aviation drones come with 1 year warranty and can be regularly upgraded to newer versions.
