USDA's crop progress report for the week ended Nov. 7 reported 84% of corn crops harvested, below the 90% reported harvested by this time in 2020. The 5-year average for corn harvested in this week is 78%.
USDA reported 87% of soybeans harvested in the week, below the 91% reported in the same week last year. The 5-year average for soybeans harvested is 88%.
The same report showed 55% of cotton, 86% of sorghum and 96% of sugarbeets harvested.
