Mazergroup is pleased to share an important update regarding the future leadership of our organization.
After careful consideration, Mazergroup's Board of Directors, together with the Mazer family, has unanimously approved the appointment of Ben Voss as the new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mazergroup, effective January 5th, 2026.
Ben brings more than 25 years of executive experience across agriculture, manufacturing, technology, and large-scale project leadership. His deep industry knowledge, proven track record of strategic growth, and long history of building strong teams make him exceptionally well suited to guide Mazergroup into its next chapter. Ben’s background in engineering, corporate governance, innovation, and global business development aligns closely with the vision and values that have shaped this company since its earliest days.
“Ben Voss, with his vast experience in the many aspects of the agriculture business, is the ideal person to take over the helm from Bob Mazer and lead Mazergroup” added Jim McManes, Chair of Mazergroup Board of Directors.
As we share this news, we want to take a moment to honor the legacy of Bob Mazer our founder, original President and CEO, and the heart of Mazergroup for nearly six decades. Bob built this company from the ground up with grit, generosity, and unwavering commitment to both his customers and his employees. His leadership set the foundation that every single employee stands on today. While we continue to feel the loss of Bob deeply, we move forward guided by the culture he created and the standards he lived by: integrity, hard work, innovation, and treating people like family.
Ben shares these values and we believe Bob would be proud to see Mazergroup continue to grow under a leader who respects both our history, and our future. With Ben stepping into the President and CEO role, Mazergroup enters a new phase of opportunity while remaining rooted in the principles that have defined who we are. In the coming weeks, Ben will begin visiting locations, meeting with teams, and listening to the people who make this organization what it is.
We look forward to supporting Ben as he leads Mazergroup into its next era continuing the legacy Bob built, strengthening our position in the industry, and building a strong future for generations to come.
