The editors of Farm Equipment have released the speaker program for the 12th Annual Dealership Minds Summit that will be held in Springfield, Ill., on August 4-5, 2026.
Focused on the theme of “Maximizing Operational ROI,” the 2026 Summit provides dealers with everything they need to know to magnify their best practices and drive operational excellence in an uncertain market.
Attendees can expect to learn valuable, proven tips to improve dealership operations across the board says Farm Equipment Executive Editor Kim Schmidt.
“While past Summits have largely focused on a single, specific area of the dealership, this year’s theme allows us to provide something for all parts of the dealership,” says Schmidt. “From a special management-focused workshop, to sessions featuring strategic insights and actionable takeaways for sales, marketing, parts, service and more, this is a Summit you’ll want to bring the entire team to.”
The 12th Annual Dealership Minds Summit will be preceded by a limited-seating, hands-on workshop for farm equipment managers led by Bryan Arzani, VP/Co-Founder of Results Group and President of Innermetric North America. This first-ever workshop requires attendees to look in the mirror through a customized assessment that will be referenced long-after the event. Farm Equipment has arranged for a study on each workshop attendee – a $750 value – that details their “Advanced Insight Profile” to reveal a “Why, What & How” report on themselves. (Must be registered for the Dealership Minds Summit to attend this workshop).
The Summit officially kicks off on Tuesday, August 4, with a session led by Neil Messick, co-owner of 2026 Dealership of the Year recipient Messick Farm Equipment, that will look at identifying when a change in management structure is needed and the best practices for working through the growing pains.
Other highlights include a first-ever Dealership “Shark Tank” session that will change the way you look at dealership software; thought provoking classrooms and attendee favorite roundtable discussions; the Dealership Minds Summit awards banquet and reception; and much more!
