ASPEN Interactive Mobility (A.I.M.) from Charter Software provides access to the user's CRM data from any mobile device. It enables its user to check customer, parts and units information from the road or showroom floor, or after hours from a smartphone.

Mobile service techs can look up customer information, including address and contact info, from the road. They can also log service hours, add comments to the contact record and create invoices while still at the customer's location. From within the customer record in the CRM, the user can touch a phone number to call, touch the address to open maps and get directions or touch the email to send a message.
