USDA's crop progress report for the week ended Oct. 31 reported 74% of corn crops harvested, below the 81% reported harvested by this time in 2020. The 5-year average for corn harvested in this week is 63%.
USDA reported 79% of soybeans harvested in the week, below the 86% reported in the same week last year. The 5-year average for soybeans harvested is 81%.
The same report showed 45% of cotton and 80% of sorghum harvested.
