He has held senior leadership roles at AGCO Corporation and Deere & Company, overseeing multi-billion-dollar divisions and pioneering initiatives in precision agriculture, AI, analytics and digital transformation. During his tenure at Deere & Company, Crawford led marketing across Europe, the CIS, North Africa, India and the Near and Middle East. Crawford’s depth of experience, strategic vision and influence across the industry position him to guide Fieldwork Robotics as it strengthens its global market presence and further develops innovative berry harvesting technology for growers.
