Wade wears many hats and is the precision lead for 4 stores. This spring, he served as a location service manager, precision specialist, salesman and trainer. While juggling all these roles, Wade still keeps customer satisfaction as his top priority.

Wade has been our precision specialist for almost 10 years now. When it's go time, Wade runs from 5 a.m. until the job gets done. That could be as late as midnight. I would put his product knowledge up against anyone in the entire country.

Wade dedicates countless hours outside of regular business hours to ensure customers get back up and running. He spends evenings away from home in the cab with the customers to make sure things get back up and running promptly. He drops whatever he is doing — even on Saturdays and Sundays — to help out a customer whenever they call. He shows exceptional knowledge in the field and dedication to consistently bettering customer operations with the use and integration of the powerful tools CNH has to offer.
