Wyatt is our top precision tech at Wickham Tractor Company. He strives for success not only within his own team, but across every department — and most importantly, for our customers.

He shows up early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to keep farmers running, especially during the busiest seasons. Whether he's fixing GPS issues in the field or setting up new systems on the fly, Wyatt is dependable, quick to respond, and always one step ahead. He works side-by-side with our service and sales teams to make sure everything is dialed in and ready to go. He understands how much every hour matters to a grower and takes that seriously.

Wyatt has also stepped into a leadership role, mentoring new team members and earning the trust of our customers through consistency and care. He’s not just skilled — he’s invested in the work and the people behind it.

On top of his technical responsibilities, Wyatt has taken on a marketing role as well. He creates hands-on “how-to” videos with our marketing team, helping customers better understand their equipment and troubleshoot common issues. His efforts save time, increase efficiency, and help deliver better visibility into the value of precision technology.
